Attending performing arts magnet programs for both middle school and high school, Zara has always known from a young age that the stage is where they thrive. In 2021, Zara moved to New York City and has since received a BFA in Dramatic Arts (with a concentration in Acting) from the New School University in 2025. Zara has explored and studied techniques such as Chekhov, Meisner, Alexander, Uta Hagen, and Lucid Body.
Zara’s magnetic, zany, charismatic, expressive energy has lended itself to Zara being an incredibly dynamic actor. While participating in many productions put at the New School’s College of Performing Arts, Zara has also performed at The New York Theater Festival (Latea Theater), The Tank Theater NYC, and the Brick Aux theater in Brooklyn, NY. Zara’s roles have ranged from comedic, dramatic, contemporary, classical, and have also included puppetry and voice acting.
