Zara Cojocaru, music lover and songwriter since they could walk, is a magnetic singer-songwriter from Baltimore County making indie pop music with a uniquely rhythmic approach.
Her love for drums started at a young age and is the cornerstone of her musical identity – serving as the rhythmic backdrop for the enduring appeal of her hypnotic folk melodies.
From there, she focused her innate musical ability to develop into a multi-instrumentalist and producer, self-teaching the guitar, bass, ukulele, and piano to independently make the songs exactly as she envisioned them.
With her distinctive sound and low, soulful voice, Zara’s music is not just heard but felt on a physical level.
